The Seven Oaks Art League is open to amateur and professional artists interested in supporting the fine arts. Meetings are held on the third Thursday of the month, unless otherwise stated, at 7:00 pm at Seven Oaks Park located at 200 Leisure Lane, Columbia, South Carolina.. Refreshments and fellowship time begins at 6:30 pm and we meet September through May.
February 16th Meeting
Our February Program will be presented by Ryan McClendon, a local Columbia artist and art teacher, who paints exciting portraits and pictures in oils and watercolors.
He has lived in Columbia for six years after graduating from the Savannah College of Art and Design and is a regular member of the About Face artist group at the Columbia Museum of Art . He was a member of the Village Artists Gallery in the Village of Sandhills during it's first two years of business.
He is an artist with a lot to add to the Columbia arts community.
We look forward to seeing how Ryan approaches his work.
